Please contact us and we will arrange a private consultation with our lending officer. It will take 15 minutes to qualify you but, more importantly, you will gain afordability insights that will aid you in your decisions.

Estimating the total cost of your new home or home addition can be very intimidating. You must consider the cost of the land, the price of the house and options, and most complex of all, the cost of site development. This may include lot clearing, road work, excavation, foundation, well and septic, or city water/sewer hookups.

Sandcastle Group understands modular and sunroom construction and optimum site design, and we have established relationships with local tradesmen, building officials, and lending institutions. Most importantly, we also have the necessary training and expertise to make sure that your home will be built on time and on budget!

The cost of a home building project consists of four major elements: land cost, site development costs, home or addition cost, and "B" or button-up work such as plumbing, electrical and heating hookups, as well as the finish carpentry.

The cost of the land is fixed. You may be fortunate enough to already own the lot or be in the process of choosing one. The most difficult process is quoting the projected sitework expense. Sandcastle Group will review potential land purchases for customers that have signed a design deposit agreement with us. We also will look at demolition and removal costs, including hazardous waste, if any.

We can also connect you with our experienced lending partners to make sure you're in the financial hands of someone familiar with the unique benefits of buying a modular home.
