Sandcastle's Design Consultants have been specifically trained in modular and sunroom design. Their goal is to work with prospective clients to meet their budgets, while creating the style and ambience for your dream home or addition. Our design team has extensive experience in construction. Their training and continuing education occurs at our factories as well as at our facilities. Our goal is to have the most knowledgeable staff to guide you through the building process. Each consultant may have different areas of expertise, so when you call for a free in-home design survey, feel free to mention any specific design challenges or goals. For example, commercial, multi-family, or handicap access are all areas that may require a specifically trained consultant.
In addition, Sandcastle has our own full time architect who is a trained Computer-Aided Design (CAD) specialist. When you complete your basic requirements and are comfortable with your budget, the CAD department will design your plans for your approval. In the case of sunroom design, these plans will be submitted for your building permit. With modular homes and additions, these plans will be for your review. The factory will provide "stamped plans" for third party review to acquire the necessary building permits.
We also have a team of specialists who will monitor your building permit process at the appropriate agency level.
